What if I cannot join at scheduled time of 7:15 AM?

Use the YouTube recordings to go through guided meditation sessions.  We will schedule additional workshop on Sundays to enable you to join a live meeting.  You will be informed via email/WhatsApp about it.

How is it different from other free meditation events?

It is 'Always' free 2. It is for 21 days, while most others wrap up free classes in a day or two 3. There is personalization with a team of 100 volunteers serving individually through the course 4.  There will be follow-up courses and we will be with you all of 2025. 5. You will feel a change

What if I can't join on Jan 27th? Can I join later?

Accepted Answer

We understand everyone has a busy life and unexpected events may come up. As such we have 'break out rooms' created to help participants who start from a later date. So you can join later and we will help you out catch up.

Question 4

What about in-person meditation?

At the end of the course, we arrange meditation retreat at convenient locations so that we can meditate together and rejuvenate.  We also have in-person classes in most cities that will be shared at the end of the course
