Each artist/group will be assigned a 4ft x 4ft sidewalk square. Artwork ideas must be submitted for approval to dreamspirecreate@gmail.com before the event.

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in each category, plus a People’s Choice Award selected by festival-goers!
