Come cozy and ready to relax. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel comfortable, such as:

Yoga mat and/or blanket (provided on-site)
Pillow or bolster
Eye mask, crystals, or anything sacred for comfort
Water, journal, and your open heart

All items are optional just come as you are and allow this experience to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
