I am offering an online Chair Pilates class every Wednesday 11.30am-12pm via Zoom
What to expect?
This 25-30 minute long class will include basic breath work techniques, Pilates inspired movements and a short relaxation, all from the comfort of your own home!
The class will be fun, friendly and all inclusive - suitable for beginners or those looking to add some movement into their day. This class although aimed at those 55+, is suitable for all ages
