All materials are provided, along with snacks and beverages to keep you fueled while you create. You’ll also get an introduction to the tools we’re using and tips on where to source supplies, so you can continue your chainmail journey at home. Leave with your own handmade chainmail piece and the skills and tips to continue crafting long after the workshop ends.

About the Workshop Instructor
Lauren Chiu is a visual artist specializing in chainmail and garment construction. Influenced by her personal narrative, along with the people she’s encountered and environments she inhabits, her work explores identity through material and form. She looks forward to supporting attendees as they develop their technical skills and cultivate their own visual language.
