As Director of WBE Services and Engagement, Deena Parker leads strategic efforts to foster the growth, retention, and active participation of women business enterprises (WBEs) across the region. She collaborates closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure engagement strategies align with organizational goals, while also managing outreach activities, local forums, and high-impact engagement programs such as marketplaces, matchmakers, and Lunch with the Experts. Her role includes overseeing WBE-facing communications, amplifying success stories, and cultivating relationships with mission-aligned affiliate organizations to expand opportunities and visibility for WBEs.
