Rohit Arora, CST

Rohit Arora is a seasoned Agile Trainer and Coach with extensive experience in software development and a proven track record of leading Agile transformations for large organizations. His expertise spans Agile/Scrum, Lean/Kanban, XP practices, and DevOps principles, making him a sought-after professional in the Agile community.

With hands-on experience in coaching and training, Rohit has guided teams and leadership through successful Agile adoptions, focusing on people, processes, and tools. He has worked across diverse industries, from banking and finance to retail and higher education, engaging with teams as small as 40 people to IT departments with over 10,000 employees.

Rohit's career has taken him across India, the US, the UK, Singapore, and Australia, giving him a unique understanding of cross-cultural collaboration and teamwork. His international experience has helped him develop a strong ability to navigate the challenges of working with diverse teams in various cultural settings.

An active volunteer in the Agile and Scrum communities, Rohit has participated in numerous international conferences, including Scrum Gatherings and Agile Singapore. He co-founded Agile Tour Singapore and co-hosted the first Scrum Coaching Retreat in Singapore in 2016. In 2017, he co-chaired the Global Scrum Gathering, further cementing his role as a critical figure in the Agile world.
