He is the founder and principal coach at Jensen & Komplizen, where he leads Agile transformations, coaching sessions, and workshops to help businesses enhance their product development processes, promote collaboration, and build self-organizing teams.

Bjorn's career spans numerous renowned organisations, where he has gained vast knowledge and expertise in guiding teams and organizations to successfully adopt Agile principles and practices.
