Slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. This intimate gathering blends Ceremonial Cacao, Guided Breathwork, and a layered Sound Bath to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and restore your natural clarity.

We’ll begin with warm, heart-opening cacao to ground and set intention. I’ll then guide you through gentle, accessible breathwork—perfect for beginners—to release stress and create space in the body. We’ll close with a soothing sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, rain stick, chimes, seed-shell shaker, and a crystal singing pyramid, offering textures of sound that wash over you and invite deep rest.

• Cacao safety: Contains natural stimulants (theobromine/caffeine). If you’re pregnant, have a serious heart condition, take MAOIs, or are highly sensitive to stimulants, choose a micro-dose or an herbal tea alternative (I’ll provide).
• Breathwork considerations: Please avoid strong breath practices if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery, glaucoma/retinal issues, epilepsy/seizure history, or are in late-term pregnancy. I’ll offer gentle modifications—always honor your body.
