About Family Tree Pottery:
Family Tree Pottery was founded by Joan Lindt in 1993 in Petaluma, California. Joan holds a Bachelor of Fine Art Degree from San Jose State University in Ceramics and Metal Sculpture. Joan has been teaching children and adults how to throw on the potter’s wheel and hand build unique creations for the last 26 years. Inspired by clay in high school and college, Joan has continued to bring clay art to the community teaching at several schools in Petaluma. She enjoys helping bring people’s ideas to life with clay. It is an expressive way to add balance to your life through creativity!
