CENTRD is a 90-minute co-ed breathwork experience designed to help you release stress, reset your focus, and reconnect with yourself before the holiday rush.

The session blends intentional breathwork with a carefully curated playlist — think modern soul, subtle bass, and emotion-filled tracks that help you drop into your body and feel without forcing anything heavy. It’s an experience that meets you where you are — deep enough to create release, light enough to stay open and present.

You’ll also get to enjoy light bites and local vendors, all featuring brown-owned businesses, before and after the session — an easy way to connect, shop, and support the community while discovering some local favorites.
