Center for Discovery's Sound Bath & Networking Event

The event will be held at We the People Fitness Studio, which is located in the building at 1229 N. North Branch St. Unit 306. The building requires a code to get in which is 584556. The studio is located on the 3rd floor in unit 306 (if you go up the stairs upon entering, the studio will be on the 3rd floor directly to the right).

No prior experience with sound baths required! We will get comfortable, lay back, and listen to the sound frequencies emitted from the sound bowls. Please wear comfortable clothing! During the event we'll be laying down on our mats (with a pillow and blanket if you'd like). Mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. If you can, bring a sweater or sweatshirt in case you'd like to use it during the sound bath.

Please arrive 5 minutes ahead of time. The sound bath will be led by Patrice Batryn, certified sound healing practitioner. Patrice will help us connect with ourselves and explore how sound healing can benefit mental health.
