We’ll begin with gentle breathwork and a guided meditation to ground your energy and set powerful intentions. From there, you’ll be invited to fully surrender into a deeply immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequencies of the chakra system. As each energy center is soothed and awakened, your body and spirit will be guided back into harmony.
Following the sound bath, we’ll close with a calming tea service—an opportunity to slowly reintegrate, connect, and savor handcrafted herbal blends chosen to support the nervous system and elevate the senses.
