Laura Charles loves bringing people together. Finding opportunities for resource and best practice sharing throughout networks and communities has been central to every role she has held throughout her 15-year nonprofit career. Her creative program design has led to successful community building both online and offline, internationally and across the U.S. Most recently at Interise, she served as the Senior Manager of Network Engagement, building a national network of small business owners through the development of an online community and a series of national and local satellite convenings. While recognizing the power of online networks, Laura is excited to engage with her local community through her role as Director of Community at Workhub.
