Big Tiny House Event Coming Up In Ohio!
Come join tons of tiny house enthusiasts and HGTV-featured industry experts as we celebrate the launch of Ohio's First Full-Fledged Tiny House Village - the lakefront Cedar Springs Tiny Village, zoned exclusively for Modern Tiny Living tiny homes!
The Cedar Springs Tiny Village has EXTREMELY limited parking (about 50 cars), and we are only able to offer 100 tickets per session maximum. There will be NO walk-ups. Get your pre-sale tickets now for only $10/ticket before it's sold out!
Event Details:
• 3 Sessions on Saturday, 2 Sessions on Sunday (9 am - 12 pm, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm, 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm) - each ticket grants access to one session
• Tour 3-4 tiny homes
• Tour the property and lots
• Enjoy an hour "tiny house talk" from Modern Tiny Living's founders, as well as the founder of the Cedar Springs Tiny Village!
• Plenty of time for Q&A

• Rachel Pitman: Head of design for Modern Tiny Living. Recently featured on a full length episode of "Tiny House, Big Living" on HGTV and the DIY Network
• Gerald Brubaker: Founder of the Cedar Springs Tiny Village and pioneer in bringing tiny house living into the mainstream

As a reminder, we can only sell a MAXIMUM of 100 tickets per session, so be sure to get your tickets ASAP so you don't have to miss the event!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please do. It will help us expedite registration.
How many tiny homes will be at the event?
3-4 homes will be at the event.
Is the event rain or shine?
Yes. The Tiny House Talk portion will be under a tent, and we will do the show no matter what!
What is the refund policy?
We have no problem offering refunds up until 72 hours from the Saturday event. Unfortunately, at that point we likely cannot resell the ticket and cannot offer a refund.
Are kids allowed?
Well behaved kids are always allowed. We will have extra chairs for kids, too.
Why does the event cost money?
It is very expensive for us to transport multiple tiny homes to an event from hours away. Chairs cost money, tents cost money, and promoting the events cost money. We all share in the expense of the event so people can come together and hang out with other tiny house lovers.
Do I have to go to my specific session time?
Yes. We have very limited parking and that's why we have to have separate sessions. You will not be able to enter in any session other than the one for which you purchased the ticket.
