Event Overview

1. Design-Build Project Information
The session will include an overview of the Elmore’s Corner to Dry Creek project, a summary of the design-build procurement process, and information on small business participation requirements, including ESB certification opportunities.

2. Professional Services Networking
Professional services consultants and small businesses are encouraged to attend in person to meet with potential prime design-build teams and discuss early design opportunities. This session is designed to support direct networking between consultants and design-build teams preparing proposals.

3. Updates for Construction Subcontractors

Construction subcontractors are encouraged to attend virtually to learn about the project, upcoming contracting opportunities, and the ESB certification process. A separate, construction-focused small business outreach event for the project will be held in Spring 2026, providing an in-person opportunity for networking with shortlisted design-build teams.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in and learn about the following:

• Scope of the project (in-person and virtual)
• Small business goals (in-person and virtual)
• How design-build projects are procured and delivered (in-person and virtual)
• Networking with interested design-build teams (tailored to professional service consultants - in-person only)
