About this event

The Chautauqua County Humane Society (CCHS) is hosting Pet Expo ’25 presented by Jamestown Container Company at the Northwest Arena in Jamestown, NY on Saturday, October 18th, 2025. CCHS. This one is for animal lovers! Pet vendors, training demonstrations and try-its, Layla's Pet Costume Parade and at the heart - a giant pet adoption event featuring regional rescues and shelters!

CCHS has invited some friends for a huge adoption event featuring: CCHS, Empire Animal Rescue (Ears), Finn’s Furever Feline Rescue, Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue (NCCR), Paws Along the River, and Phoenix Humane Society serving Cattaraugus, Inc.

Pet Expo ’25 will also have TSE Wildlife on hand for visitors to learn more about the work being done to help area wildlife. We will be announcing more groups in the coming weeks!

We are still adding trainers, vendors, and experiences that will make CCHS Pet Expo '25 one of the biggest and most unique pet experiences in the region.

There will be some awesome door prizes including a Spencer Brown of the Buffalo Bills Signed Jersey: Includes an official James Spence Authentication (JSA) hologram and matching Certificate of Authenticity and a Buffalo Bills Fanatics baseball cap.

Admission is a $10 donation for adults and will include 10 free door prize tickets That's a $20 value!). Children 10 and under are free.

The CCHS Pet Expo 2025 will be an experience that brings people, their pets and animal lovers in our community together in a fun-filled pet friendly environment. The Pet Expo offers a unique platform for pet owners to bond with their furry companions, try out new activities, and gain valuable insights from local pet experts and most importantly - add to the family. Take part in Layla's Pet Costume Parade done in memory of Layla Vanhorn, a little pup with a big spirit who was a wonderful and enthusiastic supporter of the animals at CCHS. Awards will be presented to participants in several categories.

Is CCHS Pet Expo '25 Pet Friendly?

Yes, CCHS Pet Expo '25 is pet friendly! We ask that your pet is able to be comfortable in a busy environment, is up to date on vaccinations, and is properly leashed through out the visit. Faith in Paws will have a table to help folks who have dogs that are feeling overstimulated by the environment.
