Guest Speaker

Guy Shashaty-Senior National Sales Director with Primerica

Guy was born and raised in South Florida (Hialeah). He attended Hialeah-Miami Lakes

(HML) high school where he became a Christian through the Fellowship of Christian

Athletes. Upon graduating from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia where Guy played

football he returned to South Florida where he was a coach and teacher for eight years

In 1987 Guy was introduced to the financial services business. At the time Guy was

working seven part-time jobs at the school to make extra money. He worked in the

financial services business part-time for 3.5 years before going full-time in June of 1991.

Guy has spent the last 38 years recruiting and training thousands of people how to

become successful in business. They now have 132 Regional Vice President o􀆯ices

and 13,500 financial representatives.

He has a passion for men’s ministry and since 2012 has been running the Band of

Brothers, a ministry reaching men in the marketplace. He is also a member of the

South Florida Board for CBMC (Christian Business Men’s Connection).

Guy has been married to his wife Kathy for 35 years. He has 3 sons, a daughter-in-law

& 3 grandchildren: Javan (31), Melissa (32), Elijah (7 years), Kara Grace (5), Truett (3),

Asher (28), and Tiras (25).
