For anyone carrying loss — past, present, or yet to come.

Be witnessed. Find release. Feel less alone.

We all carry grief.

The death of someone we love.

The loss of a relationship, a home, a dream.

The slow unraveling of identity.

Burnout that will not lift.

Political heartbreak.

Spiritual drift.

Climate despair.

Even the quiet losses we cannot name but still feel in our bones.

You do not need a diagnosis to feel overwhelmed.

And not everyone wants therapy. But we all deserve a place to breathe, feel, and be witnessed.

What is Catharsis Theater?

Catharsis Theater is a safe, psychodrama-inspired, trauma-informed gathering that draws on psychodrama, sociometry, and other proven group-based methods that emerged as some of the most effective, supportive, and most widely used mental health approaches of the 20th century.

For decades, these methods have helped groups of people simultaneously get unstuck, restore connection, and move forward in grief and life. We bring them into the present — creating a space that is experiential, embodied, and shaped in real time by the people in the room.

Not therapy. Not a performance. No diagnosis. No fixing. Just truth, tenderness, and release.
