This moment has been a long time coming and it’s one I never imagined walking alone. On August 11th Catalyst for Systems Change (CSC) isn’t just the launch of an organization; it’s the next chapter of a journey my community has witnessed and shaped from the start.

In a world that moves fast, where everything is built for speed, I chose precision. This work has been slow-cooked, not microwaved. Every step has been about listening, co-creating, and humanizing the process. Craft still matters and so does excellence.

Now, with your support, we’re ready to share what’s been built: a movement to break barriers and light fires in the next generation of leaders across education, housing, workforce, and youth development. This is bigger than me, it’s about all of us walking together to shape the future.

The Changemakers Program is a powerful, youth-led forum designed to amplify the voices of youth 14-25 from across Minnesota. Held at the Minnesota House Chamber, this annual event brings together 65 diverse youth leaders to directly engage with community leaders and legislators, shaping the 2025 Minnesota Youth Agenda.

Through an intergenerational approach, participants identify their top priorities and work collaboratively to develop actionable solutions. The program focuses on pressing issues such as youth homelessness and permanent affordable housing, workforce opputunites , opiod education and much more.

The Changemakers Program not only provides a platform for young leaders to advocate for change but also offers tangible support to ensure participation is accessible for all. This includes transportation, meals, and stipends, making it possible for youth from low-income backgrounds to attend. The event aims to foster real, lasting impact by equipping students with the skills, confidence, and connections needed to drive meaningful change throughout Minnesota
