During class, you’ll be surrounded by rescue cats from Stray Cat Sanctuary — a no-kill, nonprofit rescue dedicated to compassionately improving the lives of neglected, abused, and homeless cats. Their cats live cage-free, allowing their personalities to shine — and trust us, they’re ready to charm you.

🧘‍♀️ What to Expect:

• Beginner-friendly slow, gentle, hatha + yin-inspired yoga
• Time to connect, stretch, breathe, and relax
• Soft purrs, curious whiskers, playful paws
• Optional snuggles, selfies, and plenty of “OMG LOOK AT THIS ONE” moments
• A chance to meet adoptable cats who are searching for their forever homes
