Caswell County Fall Poultry Processing Workshop

Come learn how to process your meat birds and take the required training to rent the Caswell County Mobile Processing unit!

The workshop will begin at 9AM on November 19th in Semora. The morning session of the workshop will review how to process birds, poultry cuts and NCDA Regulations for processing .

We will be having lunch!

The afternoon session will consist of how to use the Caswell processing equipment and processing birds!

Registration for the workshop is $20.00. Registration covers some of the processing supplies & lunch!
