We are a completely independent initiative. We receive no outside funding and we have no institutional affiliation. We believe that the only way to build a people's institute is through public subscription. We believe in open political education—and also in valuing time, labor, and care.

I am interested in the event but I can't pay

We believe in accessibility through mutual support.
If you're short on cash but interested in joining, DM us or email us.
We can offer free access in exchange for small acts of support—like tweeting about the event, sharing a story, or helping us spread the word.

I am unable to pay through eventbrite,  are there other ways to pay?
