Pick up tips and expand your repertoire as you explore some options for cooking in cast iron. From charring to blistering to roasting in the oven - you'll come to understand how to make the best use of your skillets as you make a meal filled with the flavors of Hatch chiles. 

For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine perfectly paired with your meal.
