We can all use more community these days. Come get to know yours! Join us for our monthly Picnic On The Planet — a casual, family-friendly gathering where community, ideas, and collaboration come together in the fresh air!

Featured Event: FIX STUFF UP! Low-tech shortcuts for DIY, maker projects and repairs

CASM’s co-chair and seasoned DIY’er Kent Strumpell will demonstrate how to make use of basic materials — like wire, hose clamps and off-the-shelf parts — to make repairs and fabricate simple, functional items. Plus tips on some basic tools and things to have on hand.

• Share perspectives on community priorities and climate action
• Relax, play (we’ve got frisbees!), and enjoy good company
• Kids and younger folks especially welcome!

🥗 Bring Your Own Lunch
We’ll provide some snacks from the farmers market to share. Feel free to bring something to share if you’d like — optional but always appreciated.
