As the philanthropic arm of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Realtors® Foundation (GRF) invites GMAR members, affiliate strategic partners, colleagues, clients, friends, and family to this annual fundraising event. With your minimum donation ticket price, you are helping empower communities, organizations, families and individuals in Metro Detroit, providing resources that enhance long-term stability and opportunity. Your ticket purchase is a direct donation to GRF and supports our mission of helping the communities we serve!

GRF has made a commitment for 2025-2026 to Motor City Mitten Mission to provide funding for their vital work in Metro Detroit: providing meals, clothing, blankets, personal care items and facilitating essentials services to those experiencing homelessness. GRF has also worked with Shades of Pink Foundation from 2023 to 2024, Humble Design in 2022, Community Housing Network in 2021, and Guardian Angels Medical Service Dogs from 2016 to 2020.

Is there free parking at the Townsend Hotel?

There is not free parking at the hotel, however, paid street parking is available and there is a parking garage directly across the street. A valet service is available for $25 per vehicle.

Can I bring my children? Is there an age restriction?

You must be 21 years of age to attend this event.

Is there a dress code?

We ask that all attendees remain in casual or business casual attire. There will be a coat check at the door for your convenience.
