Chromebook pick-ups for CASF participants are held at Charles A. Jones Education & Career Center in Lemon Hill during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month. These are pick-up only events, limited to scheduled participants.

📌 Important: Pick-ups must be scheduled by the Friday before the scheduled week, no later than 4:00 PM. Anyone who attempts to schedule after Friday’s 4:00 PM deadline will not have a Chromebook on site, as shipment requests are finalized by that time.

Be sure to schedule your appointment in advance through the course portal.

Frequently asked questions

Can I just show up to pick up my advice without an appointment?

No, all pick ups require an appointment scheduled by the Friday before the scheduled Monday. Anyone who shows up without an appointment will be turned away. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note we will issue a code via email Monday morning to confirm all pick ups that will need to be provided at pick up time.
