I don't have on post access or a military ID, can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  Registration is free and open to the community.  For gate access, civilians can apply for a  visitors pass through a dedicated link for the conference or by visiting the Fort Hood Welcome Center online.  Details in the registration confirmation email.

Question 2

Is there a charge to claim the nursing/social work continuing education credits and how many?

Accepted Answer

Registration is free and there is NO CHARGE to claim  CE's!  You must complete an evaluation prior to claiming continuing education credits.  There are 5 free CEU's available for the conference day.

Is lunch provided?

Accepted Answer

Lunch is NOT provided in the registration, however, there will be food trucks on site during lunch for food purchases.  All major credit cards and cash are accepted.  Additionally, there are local food establishments nearby that are available, as well.

Question 4

How many community partners will be on hand to get resources and information from?

Accepted Answer

There will be over 50 partners participating in the networking session of the conference; free, state or federally funded agencies, Tricare approved healthcare agencies, and CRDAMC/Fort Hood support services will be available to share their resources with you.
