Thank you for your interest in the 2025 Carl R. Darnall Medical Center Case Management Week Conference! This conference is for everyone seeking more information about how to help people in our community. This year's event promises to offer even more excitement, networking opportunties with community partners, continuing education, and access to resources. Each participant will be awarded 5 free CEUs (nurses and social workers); attendance certificates are awarded to all others. Please join us for a day of learning and CELEBRATION!

Yes! Registration is free and open to the community. For gate access, civilians can apply for a visitors pass through a dedicated link for the conference or by visiting the Fort Hood Welcome Center online. Details in the registration confirmation email.
Registration is free and there is NO CHARGE to claim CE's! You must complete an evaluation prior to claiming continuing education credits. There are 5 free CEU's available for the conference day.
Lunch is NOT provided in the registration, however, there will be food trucks on site during lunch for food purchases. All major credit cards and cash are accepted. Additionally, there are local food establishments nearby that are available, as well.
There will be over 50 partners participating in the networking session of the conference; free, state or federally funded agencies, Tricare approved healthcare agencies, and CRDAMC/Fort Hood support services will be available to share their resources with you.
