A safe, nurturing space for African American single mothers balancing work, parenting, and caregiving.


Join us virtually for a 90-minute support group created especially for African American single mothers. This space is designed to honor your strength while offering real tools for balance and restoration. Together, we’ll explore the challenges of navigating work, parenting, caregiving, and community roles through culturally responsive practices, guided conversation, and practical coping strategies.


Who this group is for: African American single mothers ages 18+  Women balancing multiple roles: employee, parent, caregiver, and/or community member. Participants experiencing stress, isolation, role strain, or seeking supportive community.
