Experienced CDL B Driver Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5,000*

• $2,500 after completing training in 5 consecutive working days
• $2,500 after 30 working days in revenue service

Alternate Bonus: If training takes longer than 5 days

• $3,000* total
• Paid $1,500 after training + $1,500 after 30 revenue days

Employee Referral Bonus: $2,000*

Any First Student employee who refers a fully endorsed CDL B P/S/SBP Class B driver who completes training in one week earns this bonus when their referral hits revenue service.

Starting Wages

• CDL Drivers: $25–$30/hr*
