About this event

Health • Mental health

The Caring for Caregiver Support Group is a therapeutic, safe, and welcoming space for individuals who provide care to loved ones, whether due to illness, disability, aging, or other life challenges.

This group offers a place to share experiences, receive emotional support, and learn practical strategies for managing the demands of caregiving. Sessions include open discussion, resource sharing, and guided activities designed to reduce stress, promote self-care, and foster a sense of community.

Led by compassionate facilitators with experience in mental health and caregiver support, the group is open to caregivers of all backgrounds and stages in their journey. Whether you are new to caregiving or have been providing care for years, you will find understanding, encouragement, and tools to navigate your role with resilience.

Ticketing Options:

  • Self-Pay: $35 per session (purchase ticket through Eventbrite).
  • Insurance: If you would like to use your insurance instead of paying out of pocket, please do not purchase a ticket here. Instead, complete our contact form at https://actscare.org/group-form-for-insurance to confirm your benefits before registering.
