Frequently asked questions
Closed-toe shoes are required to enter the production facility—no exceptions. We recommend comfortable clothing suitable for walking and standing.
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your preferred tour start time between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This gives you time to check in, grab a drink, and settle in.
The guided portion of the tour typically lasts about 30–45 minutes, followed by time to enjoy your included pint or tasting flight.
Guests must be 21+ with valid ID to sample or purchase alcohol. Children and minors may attend with a parent or guardian but must be supervised at all times.
