Caregiver Support Group at Axiom Brain Health

Caring for a family member or friend with Alzheimer's Disease or Dementia can be both rewarding and challenging. Facilitated by Pam Polowski, this support group provides a compassionate space where caregivers can come together to share their stories, exchange helpful resources, and find comfort in knowing they are not alone. Guided discussions will focus on practical strategies for managing stress, caring for yourself and navigating the daily challenges of caregiving. Whether you are supporting a spouse, parent, relative, or close friend, this group offers understanding, encouragement, and community. Join us to connect with other who are also navigating this cargiving journey.
