About one in four American adults are family caregivers. It is a meaningful and important role. But, taking time and care of yourself as a caregiver is important. Join other caregivers, the JCC, and the Alzheimer’s Association during National Family Caregiver Month to connect with your community, gather resources and exchange practical information. Gather tips for the upcoming holidays, enjoy Tai Chi, hand massages, and share and learn with others. We hope you can join us, this event is open to any caregiver (spouse, child, relative, or friend). Please RSVP, light refreshments will be available. We will be in the JCC Auditorium.
