Join WISP and LWT for the last of our three November career workshops: Salary Negotiations
To a candidate, compensation negotiation is the most important and lasting aspect associated with a hiring process.
You need to know what to expect, what to plan, what to calculate, and how to execute.
Discover how it commences before you apply, how it plays out when you first interview, and how it progresses from the initial offer to the finale of the counteroffer.
Build your confidence by learning a systematic approach and the nuances of the negotiation dialect.
Note, due to time considerations, the workshop will not include Executive factors, Contractor/Consultant issues, or promotion requests for salary increases.
