Description

Join WISP and LWT for the last of our three November career workshops: Salary Negotiations

To a candidate, compensation negotiation is the most important and lasting aspect associated with a hiring process.

  • You need to know what to expect, what to plan, what to calculate, and how to execute.

  • Discover how it commences before you apply, how it plays out when you first interview, and how it progresses from the initial offer to the finale of the counteroffer.

  • Build your confidence by learning a systematic approach and the nuances of the negotiation dialect.

Note, due to time considerations, the workshop will not include Executive factors, Contractor/Consultant issues, or promotion requests for salary increases.
