Full day presentation by Dr. Edith Best, Co-Author of Amazon bestseller Career Dharma: The Natural Art of Work, on identifying both our natural field of work and the aspects we need to have within our specific career in order to feel enlivened and fulfilled.

Dr. Urmila Edith Best, with a doctorate in education from UNC Chapel Hill, has circled the world over 20 times, delivering workshops and one-on-one coaching. She has helped hundreds of people in dozens of countries find meaningful success in careers that resonate with their own values and nature. Dr. Best surveyed nearly 400 people on six continents for her in-depth research that explored the relationship between overall job satisfaction and various aspects of work, including spiritual faith and practice. She worked as a teacher and school principal for 27 years.

Testimonials:

"Although I graduated from an excellent university and found success in my "dream career," I got burned out after a decade and realized that I didn't know how to contribute to the world in a healthy way. I attended the Career Dharma seminar and was able to clearly identify the field of work most appropriate for my nature, which showed me how I'm best able to help society and what kinds of professions I can choose from to do that. Understanding which principles of action and occupations are incompatible with my nature--and why--really made me see my past work experience in a new light and erased a lot of regret and self-judgment. Moving forward, I think I’ll be better able to choose career opportunities that bring fulfillment to my life and help me have the kind of positive impact on the world that I’ve always hoped for."

"The Best Datta Career Dharma course is a game-changer for those trying to figure out their life and what to do with it. This course provides a wealth of information you won't find anywhere else. I gained many insights into better understanding others' natures which will help me to better guide my mentees."
