"Come Prepared" for some endurance and agility exercises on Saturday, August 9th, at 11:00 am! If you're looking to improve your cardiovascular fitness or to test your mettle with sprints, runs, agility drills, and short rest periods, bring a friend (or two) and bring the energy! Let's just say that this workout would be the definition of "controlled chaos."

What Do I Need to Bring?

Comfortable workout attire and athletic shoes, water bottle to stay hydrated, a towel, sunscreen (if applicable), an exercise mat (optional), and your energy!

Do I Need to Sign a Waiver?

Yes! We suggest arriving 15 minutes early to fill out our participation waiver.
