Following the Transition Readiness Seminar (TRS), the next step in the transition process is Capstone Review (recommended no later than 120 days from EAS) with a TRS Advisor. This is to ensure all Career Readiness Standards are complete before meeting with the Commander for your final Commander’s Verification appointment (no earlier than 90 days from EAS).
