Come join us at True Cut Ranch for a hands-on experience learning the art of making delicious capicola (capacollo). Our workshop will teach you the traditional and modern methods of curing meat to perfection. You'll leave with the skills to impress your friends and family with homemade charcuterie. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to dive into the world of meat curing!
Each ticket will admit up to two people to the workshop; you'll get to take home one coppa roast that you'll start alongside Fred Falcone from True Cut Ranch. After it cures in your home fridge for a while you'll be able to confidently hang it to dry, know when it's ready, and enjoy capicola that you made with your own hands!
