Canvas of Calm: A Journey Through Sound, Art, and Intuition
Escape the noise and reconnect with your inner self in an evening dedicated to mind-body expression and renewal. Join this immersive journey to reset, unwind, and create as we weave together the meditative power of movement, the empowering vibrations of sound bath, the fantastical colors and textures of intuitive art, and the introspective guidance of oracle cards.

What to expect

  • Mindful Movement: Gently move your body to release tension and ground your energy. This soft movement will prepare you for a deeper connection with yourself and the experience.
  • Soothing Sound Bath: Surrender to the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. These vibrations will guide you into a deep state of relaxation, helping to cleanse your mind and balance your energy.
  • Intuitive Art Session: Express your inner landscape without judgment. Guided by a facilitator, you will engage in a creative flow to produce a personal work of art that reflects your present state and intentions. No prior art experience is needed.
  • Insightful Oracle Cards: Pull a card from a deck of oracle cards to receive intuitive guidance and personal messages. Use this reflection as a tool for self-discovery and a focal point for your creative and meditative practice.

What to bring
