Join us for a learning session, date night, or solo community hangout. Our classes are truly a good time, great vibes, and people of all levels learn and have fun creating masterpieces together.

Celebrate the last of the summer harvest by learning how to can two seasonal favorites: tomatoes and cucumbers! In this hands-on class, you'll discover beginner-friendly water bath canning techniques while preparing flavorful preserves to extend this summer’s harvest and amazing flavors through the winner. This is a great way to continue to eat local, even when tomatoes and cucumbers are out of season. We’ll cover canning safety, flavor tips, and how to get the best results at home. You'll leave with the jars you made in class—and the confidence to keep preserving on your own.

You’ll make:

  • Tomato Sauce
  • Pickles
  • Red & green salsa


Date and Time: Saturday, June 7th from 1pm-4pm
