1. Arrival & Grounding (5 minutes) Settle into the soft glow of candlelight Guided breath to land in your body Set a loving intention for your practice 2. Slow Flow Movement (15 minutes) Gentle Vinyasa-inspired movement Open the heart, shoulders, and hips Flow with self-compassion and curiosity 3. Deep Stretch & Yin Poses (20 minutes) Long-held floor poses to release deep tension Focus on areas where stress is stored (hips, low back, chest) Loving awareness woven into each posture 4. Restorative Integration (10 minutes) Fully supported poses for deep comfort Encouragement to receive rest as an act of self-love 5. Guided Savasana & Closing (10 minutes) Guided meditation or body scan with affirmations Soft return to seated space Closing with gratitude and reflection What to Bring: Yoga mat Blanket or cozy layer Water bottle
