Join Rachael Kantaris for her signature Candlelight Slow Flow & Restore class, the perfect transition from a busy week to a restful weekend. This isn't just a yoga class; it's a dedicated hour of self-care designed to reset your mind and soothe your body.

What to Expect:

• Mindful Movement: We begin with a languid, slow flow (vinyasa) that links breath to gentle movement, and add in some comforting self-massage helping you mindfully shed any tension or stiffness from the past five days.

• Deep Restoration: Transition into an extended restorative practice, where poses are held for several minutes. Using comfortable props like bolsters and blankets, you'll be fully supported to encourage deep relaxation and a release of held stress.

• Meditative Calm: Practiced in the soft, flickering glow of candlelight, the atmosphere is immediately tranquil. This environment makes it easy to cultivate a deeply meditative state and calm your overactive nervous system.

Rachael is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher will focused training in restorative and yin yoga. She is passionate about sharing the profound benefits of a slow flow and Restorative practice. Her classes are designed to guide students inward using breath work and gentle movement towards a deeper sense of ease, relaxation, stress reduction and a gentle connection with the self.
