CANCELLED: Stanford Neurodiversity Summit and Job Fair
Date and time
Scaling up the Neurodiversity at Work Initiative with Job Fair and Reverse Job Fair participation.
About this event
The Stanford Neurodiversity Summit and job fair is Postponed.
Rescheduled date TBD
In response to the rapidly evolving events surrounding COVID-19, Stanford has activated an emergency operations organization focused on coordinating the university’s response. The university is strongly encouraging university units to cancel or postpone events they are hosting between March 4 and April 15 that involve more than 150 participants.
After consultation with various senior members of the university and internal discussion among our staff, we have concluded that postponing the Stanford Neurodiversity Summit and job fair at this time is the best course of action.
We know many of you have invested a lot in the preparation process. We hope to build on what we have all learned and to run a better conference when the time comes. We are grateful for the relationships we have established with the neurodiverse community and employers that share our mission.
All ticket holders will be invited to join us when we reschedule. Our hope is to build on the progress we have already made and to make that experience in the rescheduled summit even better.
I would like to thank you for your willingness to participate in the summit. We hope that you will consider participating in our next conference. We will keep you posted.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Very Best,
The Stanford Neurodiversity Project Team

The Stanford Neurodiversity Project, along with Stanford Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is hosting this unique conference with the theme of Scaling up the Neurodiversity at Work Initiative. The Summit will bring together neurodiverse/neurodivergent individuals and job seekers, employers, service agencies, educators and students, parents, and professionals from all areas of the field.
The conference will feature a job fair and reverse job fair (employers visit the job-seekers) that will provide opportunities for neurodiverse job seekers and panels covering a variety of topics. See our Stanford Neurodiversity Summit Website for a preliminary schedule of the summit and details on the job fair and reverse job fair.
We are planning the conference with Universal Design in mind, to maximize accessibility and inclusion; we want neurodiverse individuals to come, be comfortable, and be able to participate. See the "What We're Doing Differently" section on our web site for more information about accessibility and how we're including neurodiverse/neurodivergent perspectives.
This registration is for those who wish to participate in both the job fair and reverse job fair. The job fair and reverse job fair will occur from 1:30-4pm.
