As part of the 10 year anniversary celebration of Songbyrd Music House, the creators of Shaolin Jazz present a special edition of their CAN I KICK IT? monthly movie series. Join them on Tuesday, October 21st for a special screening of the iconic cult classic film Scarface (starring Al Pacino). DJ 2-Tone Jones will be providing a mix of hip hop and more to score the film live, scene-by-scene.
*Plus, The Arcade will be on site with live screen sprinting of special limited prints available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Doors open at 7p and the film will kick off at 7:30p. Food and drink specials will be available, plus the Shaolin Jazz merch table will be on hand with apparel items and more.
About Scarface
After getting a green card in exchange for assassinating a Cuban government official, Tony Montana (Al Pacino) stakes a claim on the drug trade in Miami. Viciously murdering anyone who stands in his way, Tony eventually becomes the biggest drug lord in the state, controlling nearly all the cocaine that comes through Miami. But increased pressure from the police, wars with Colombian drug cartels and his own drug-fueled paranoia serve to fuel the flames of his eventual downfall.
