Q: What if me and my partner want to share a single room cabin together? Do we need to purchase separately?

A: Only one person needs to initially purchase the room. The additional person can be added AFTER checkout. No need to panic! We will send you a link for your bunkmate to purchase a ticket at the "tent ticket" cost within 7 days of your purchase. Your private room purchase guarantees they will be able to purchase a ticket to stay with you.

Q: How many tickets can I purchase at once?

A: Only 1 ticket at a time. This is due to the amount of vital camper information we have to gather during the checkout process. If you want to use a phone or another web browser to purchase two tickets at a time, we have no issue with that. The BEST option, however, is for every camper to purchase their own ticket.

Q: Is Camp Mograph providing linens again this year?

A: No, unfortunately the camp doesn't have linens for rent, so everyone will need to bring their own pillow, blanket/sleeping bag, and towels.

Q: Can I bring my pet lizard?

A: No.

Q: Am I able to bunk in a non-coed cabin?

A. Totally! There's a questionnaire when you purchase the ticket that has the option to tell us you wish to bunk in a non-coed cabin.

Q: The event is sold out, are day passes available?

A. Unfortunately, no. If you wish to attend Camp Mograph you'll have to purchase one of our Community Cabin or Single Room tickets.

Q: Can I bunk with one of my friends?

A: Totally, just let us know who when you buy your ticket.

Q: Will there be hacky sack sessions?

A:Yes.

Q: Will there be vegetarian/vegan food offered?

A: Yes! If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know when filling out your Camper info.

Q: What airport should I plan on flying into?

A: Our shuttle will be picking people up from Norfolk Airport.

Q: I can't go anymore, can I get a refund?

A: Unfortunately, all ticket sales are final because we begin purchasing your swag, food, and accommodations with the camp as soon as tickets are sold. If you find a buyer, we can help transfer the ticket into their name. We can also help you find a buyer if you're looking, but it's not a guarantee. We'll try our best to help.
