Invest in yourself in 2026 - Camp Kaizen's Female Only Camp - A 3-night outdoor fitness camp built for fitness and outdoor enthusiasts.

What is Camp Kaizen?

Camp Kaizen is the UK's original immersive outdoor training experience, set in the Lake District for our 2026 season. With 8+ training sessions over the course of the weekend, our programme is designed to push the physical and mental boundaries of all attendees, whilst helping camp members to discover their true potential.


What does a Female Only Camp consist of?

Our Female Only Camps are comprised of up to 20 females coming together in a multi-day, hard-training group environment. Attendees are welcome to sign up with a friend or in a small group, and will leave having made new connections for life.

All Female Only Camps are led primarily by female staff.

For your accomodation, our 4M bell tents accomodate 2 camp members per tent. Plenty of room to spread out and recover appropiately, and if you sign up with a friend, you will share with them.

No camp experience is the same, but all are build on, and defined by our 3 core fundamentals: Train, Explore and Recover.


A typical day on camp

*Keep in mind that camp life is fluid and changes every time. It is your Camp Kaizen experience. This is purely to bring the experience to life.

1. Start the day with a walk to the carefully selected natural cold plunge spot, followed by breakfast and coffee to fuel the day.

2. Next is a group road or trail run, led by one of our running experts. Cardiovascular endurance meets natural beauty. Distances range from 2.5KM - 25KM+ daily. For those who can’t run or don’t wish to run, they will have the option of using our on-site cardio equipment for a special Kaizen HIIT session.

3. Following a team lunch back at camp, the final session of the day is a team hike up an iconic local peak. This provides a great opportunity to strengthen bonds with fellow camp attendees. Hike time ranges from 2-5 hours.

4. Refuel and recover. The evening ends with a relaxed team meal, consisting of a variety of high quality locally sourced food, and lots of it! Another opportunity to build connections with fellow campmates before doing it all over again tomorrow.

From purely a training aspect, Camp Kaizen will help you to prepare for the following events (to name a few): marathons, ironman events, park runs, half marathons, ultra marathons, long hikes and 3-peak challenges, ultra-endurance events, hyrox, crossfit, and much more.

Our camps also provide a great platform to meet new people from across the country who share your love of fitness, exercise, and the outdoors. With 20 people per camp, you can be sure to make new friendships and bonds for life, united by the common gratification of overcoming the hard training sessions throughout the camp experience.

Recommended fitness level: able to walk continiously for 2+ hours and exercises frequently.

All people who sign up for a Female Only Camp will have a call with a Kaizen staff member to ensure they are good to go prior to attending a camp. This is mainly for your peace of mind.
