This Center embodies our shared vision, of empowering emerging small businesses with the tools and support necessary to succeed, and to inspire them to become the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders, especially within the food service, hospitality, and catering industries.
Through our collaboration with CareerSource South Florida, we have developed initiatives such as On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Apprenticeship Programs, offering financial incentives to companies to onboard and train new employees. And this is just the beginning.
This Center will also feature a state-of-the-art podcast facility, where we will produce weekly content focused on issues and strategies which are critical to small business growth and sustainability.
