Join Wildly Creative Wellness for Calm in the Chaos: Art Journaling for Holiday Overwhelm & Expectations, a cozy, judgment-free creative workshop designed to help you find a sense of ease amid the noise.
Through guided reflection, beginner-friendly art journaling techniques, and the creation of your own affirmation card to keep with you throughout the season, you’ll explore:
- What’s been feeling heavy or overwhelming
- How you actually want this season to feel
- Gentle ways to set boundaries and release pressure
- A personal affirmation to carry with you as a reminder of calm and self-trust
You don’t need to be an "Artist." Just bring your journal (or a few sheets of paper), something to add color, and an open heart. (A more detailed suggested supply list will be provided at registration, but expensive supplies are NOT necessary.)
By the end of this session, you’ll leave with:
- A creative outlet for your holiday emotions
- A clear visual “support plan” for the weeks ahead
- Your own hand-made affirmation card to ground and guide you when things get busy or tense
