A somatic workshop for moms who are done trying to “stay calm” and ready to learn how to hold the heat.
Anger isn’t the enemy. It’s the body saying, “something matters here.” Overwhelm, it has a message and a need.
This somatic workshop and healing session helps you stop suppressing or spiraling - and start working with your big feelings as information, energy, and truth.
You’ll walk away with five practices to turn reactivity into regulation and power into presence. Not only will this help you hold and manage your emotions- it will help you be a steady grounded presense when your kids, teens, or anyone else's big feelings or tantrums shows up.
Calm isn’t the point.
And when a woman learns to hold her emotions and nervous system responses as sacred information, she becomes impossible to manipulate, silence, or burn out. She knows how to hold strong boundaries with a soft heart. She knows what hills to die on, which to walk away from, and which to soften towards or let go.
This workshop will help you not fear or repress your emotions , while also helping you stop exploding, imploding, shutting down, or using any means necessary to not feel.
This is stegnth training and dynamic stability for true nervous system regulation that can hold more tension, colfict, boundaries, and activation as a source of health and even healing.
